Our Services

The Apex+ Residential Inspection* is a partial inspection with the option to add licensed professionals to the inspection based on your wishes. When you book the Apex+ Residential Inspection, you will have the option to add on additional services based on your home and the concerns you have. Once the booking has been made, Apex will get to work to coordinate those licensed professional inspections to go along with our partial inspection covering all areas that are not being inspected by a licensed professional. The benefit of this is we will do the work to coordinate the licensed professionals, collect one payment for all services, and all reports will be delivered within the client portal at Apex.

• Licensed Electrical Inspection
• Licensed Plumbing Inspection
• Sewer Scope (by a Licensed Plumber)
• Licensed Heating and A/C Inspection
• Foundation Inspection by a Structural Engineer
• Licensed Roofing Inspection
• Well Inspection
• Septic Inspection

*A minimum of 2 add on licensed professionals is required to qualify for the Apex+ Inspection. Apex can not guarantee the availability of licensed professionals and Apex may ask you, the realtor, to help in coordinating the licensed professionals in the event they can not be at the time booked for the general inspection.

**IT IS APEX’S POLICY THAT WE WILL NOT RESELL/RECYCLE OR REDISTRIBUTE AN INSPECTION REPORT ON A HOUSE THAT WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY INSPECTED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO PERFORM AN INSPECTION ON A PROPERTY THAT WE HAVE INSPECTED IN THE PREVIOUS 30 DAYS, WE WILL GLADLY GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON A NEW INSPECTION**
