IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO PERFORM AN INSPECTION ON A PROPERTY THAT WE HAVE INSPECTED IN THE PREVIOUS 30 DAYS, WE WILL GLADLY GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON A NEW INSPECTION**
