Apex Property  Inspection is not a franchise; it’s a community of inspectors united by shared values. Our members prioritize their families, local communities, and helping and serving others. Apex exist to support our inspectors in their passion for hard work and service. We strive to foster a cooperative environment where inspectors help each other succeed in the home inspection industry, while also empowering them to be their own bosses, entrepreneurs, and manage their own areas under the Apex banner. The Ideal Apex Inspector Candidate:

-Must be above reproach in all areas of their life.

-Must be honesty, and be defined by high moral character.

-Must be good in conversation and have a genuine strong desire to build relationships with people.

-Must have a strong desire to serve others. 

-Must be able to fulfill their states and Apex’s  requirements to become a Home Inspector.

-Must have a desire to be apart of a community where we sacrifice time and effort for other inspectors to make us all better.

-Must be teachable, and willing to learn from others.

-Must have an abnormally high work ethic and desire to start something from the ground up.


Ideal Locations where Apex Desires to Grow:

-Texas (Dallas/DFW, Weatherford, Abilene, Lubbock, Midland, Houston, Waco etc…)

-Colorado (Front Range including the Denver/Colorado Springs metro areas)

-Utah (Saint George, Salt Lake City)

-Montana (Bozeman, Billings)

-Wyoming (Casper, Gillette, Jackson, Sheridan)

-other growing population centers with populations over 50,000 people.
