Apex Property Inspection is not a franchise, but rather a community of inspectors who hold certain things in common. The main things we hold in common is a love for our families, our local communities, and a love for others. Apex exist to help our inspectors do what they love and that is hard work and serving others. Apex also exist to be a community of inspectors that want to help each other succeed in the home inspection industry, but also to be a resource that allows you to be your own boss and run your own area as a part of Apex. Please read the list below for what we are looking for in an ideal candidate to join our community and about the areas where we desire to grow.

The Ideal Apex Inspector Candidate:

-Must be honesty, and be defined by high moral character.

-Must be good in conversation and have a genuine strong desire to build relationships with people.

-Must have a strong desire to serve others. 

-Must be able to fulfill their states and Apex’s  requirements to become a Home Inspector.

-Must have a desire to be apart of a community where we sacrifice time and effort for other inspectors to make us all better.

-Must be teachable, and willing to learn from others. 

-Must have an abnormally high work ethic and desire to start something from the ground up.

Ideal Locations where Apex Desires to Grow:

-Texas (Dallas/DFW, Weatherford, Abilene, Lubbock, Midland, Houston, Waco etc…)

-Colorado (Front Range including the Denver/Colorado Springs metro areas)

-Utah (Saint George, Salt Lake City)

-Montana (Bozeman, Billings)

-Wyoming (Casper, Gillette, Jackson, Sheridan)

-other growing population centers with populations over 50,000 people.
