The purpose of a seller walk-through inspection is to inform you the seller, on how your home is performing via safety and function before you list your home. A seller walk-through inspection will show you exactly how your home is performing before you list your home and that can save time and money in the selling process. Our seller walk-through inspections are offered at a discounted rate and can come with a list summary of safety and function defects (STARTING AT $150) or can include a full color inspection report (STARTING AT $200). Ask your inspector about limitations of this report and inspection.

**IT IS APEX’S POLICY THAT WE WILL NOT RESELL/RECYCLE OR REDISTRIBUTE AN INSPECTION REPORT ON A HOUSE THAT WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY INSPECTED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO PERFORM AN INSPECTION ON A PROPERTY THAT WE HAVE INSPECTED IN THE PREVIOUS 30 DAYS, WE WILL GLADLY GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON A NEW INSPECTION**
